What to Bring Commuter

  • Snacks – To train hard & have fun all day, athletes must stay fueled and hydrated.
  • Lunch – There will be an hour break between sessions to eat
  • Kneepads
  • Athletic socks
  • Sports bras
  • T-shirts
  • Athletic shorts or Spandex
  • Volleyball shoes (non-marking, non-brand-new)
  • Non Gym shoes for walking around (flip-flops)
  • Plastic Water bottle – Water will be provided to refill bottles.
  • A SMILE!!

Overnight

  • OVERNIGHT CAMPERS –
    • PLEASE BRING LINENS FOR THE DORM!
    • Towels
    • Shower needs (Shampoo, soap, etc.)

Team Camp Description:

You and your team can gain a competitive edge this upcoming season with our high level team camp. This high school team camp will help teams improve their level of play with competitive game play and team-specific instruction in a high-intensity environment. The camp will consist of a large amount of competitive game situations along with breakouts by position and team to ensure growth on an individual and team level.  A minimum of 6 players is needed per team in order to be able to participate.  Our goal is to have your team leave camp pumped up and ready to compete in your upcoming season!

 

Team Camp Cost:

Overnight- $275 Per Person

Commuter- $250 Per Person
